Is Gender equality on your business agenda?
The EU’s current 5-year strategy on gender equality comes to an end this year, and so the European Commission is seeking views on what its priorities should be for the next 5 years.
The aims of the current strategy include to increase women’s participation in the labour market, reduce any gender pay and pension gaps and to promote equality between men and women in decision making.
Does your business have any issues or views concerning gender equality in Europe at present or about what areas future priorities should focus on? If so, the Commissions want to hear from you.
