The Polish production company is looking for distributors for its globally innovative cooling- heating thermo-block device used in enzymatic reaction research.

The start-up company was founded in 2016 to commercialize laboratory thermo-block device applicable in enzymatic reactions research. The company was granted around 200 000 EUR from the Operational Programme Eastern Poland to optimize product and to set up the production. The new cooling-heating thermo-block is a novelty on a world scale through miniaturization of the heat exchange zone. Thanks to innovations thermo-block combines features of both aluminum/gel support stands and electronic devices used to setting up temperature in the reaction environment. The device enhances classical thermo-blocks used for enzymatic synthesis by using reaction temperature setting below environmental temperature. This is crucial because most enzymatic reactions are activated below ambient temperature. Therefore, this eliminates the needs for auxiliary actions such as solid blocks freezing or risk of incorrect environmental temperature. The above mentioned technology was developed for 2 years involving PhD in mechatronics specialized in fluid mechanics and group of biotechnologists including two PhD. The company adopted aggressive pricing strategy for its product setting its prices at the same level as heat-only devices. The company’s main aim is to launch its product to international market. Therefore the company is looking for distributors especially from EU, USA, Canada, Indie, China, Japan, Brazil and South Korea.

The product is targeted to biotechnology and biochemistry laboratories (including academic laboratories) because enzymatic reaction researches are basis of their work. The product offers the following benefit in laboratory daily routine: -the decrease in the number and time of ancillary operations conducted by scientists preparing enzymatic reactions, - serviceless temperature and time monitoring, - elimination of contamination risk in reaction environment e.g. crushed ice impurities, - the scope of placing the device in the laminar chamber, -elimination of the risk of research failure due to an inadequate temperature in the reaction environment (premature enzyme activation)
