The company has its own product portfolio, but it is also ready to manufacture bespoke products or to offer OEM (original equipment manufacturer) products. In order to expand its presence on international lighting market, the company is looking for distributing, subcontracting or manufacturing agreements.

Primarily, the company is seeking a distributor mainly specialized on the lighting market. The foreseen role of the partner is to sell products from the company's portfolio on international markets, addressing intelligent energy. Secondarily, the company is open to manufacture products for another LED lighting manufacturer that has developed a product and is looking for a partner under a manufacturing agreement. Thirdly, the company may design and produce parts or assemblies for partners that are interested to assign some of the obligations of a prior contract under a subcontracting agreement.


The Romanian company is a highly specialized LED lighting solution provider, designing and producing luminaries specifically for industrial, commercial, office and hotel uses. It is located in Northern Transylvania, near the border with Hungary, thus offering a shorter delivery time for Central and Western European markets. The term “lighting solution” outlines the fact that the company does not offer just luminaries, but rather a mix of lighting simulations, consultancy, LED lamps, customization, installation guidance, after sales service & support. The company’s product portfolio addresses a wide range of applications: indoor uses (production facilities, shops, hotels, offices, hospitals), outdoor uses (street lighting, residential areas, public places), as well as intricate architectural lighting. Additionally, the company manufactures bespoke products according to the client’s specifications, such as grow lights, UV lamps and chandeliers in various shapes and sizes, OEM products. Quality and efficiency are the core of this company's products. As a result, the main technical features are as follows: - CRI (Color Rendering Index) > 75 - high luminous output (up to 140lm/W) - no UV or infrared radiation - the decorative anodized extruded aluminum heat sink ensures the LEDs thermal dissipation - fitted with PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) lenses at different angles in order to obtain a consistent level of surface illumination - working temperature: -25° ~ +60°C - average lifespan >100.000 hrs, respectively L95% > 65.500 hrs - 5 years warranty - dimmable (optional) The company’s products encompass the latest LED technology, ensuring an even spatial distribution of light in halls, production and storage areas, as a result of the wide angle of illumination and high luminous intensity. The street lighting solutions offered by the company allow an even spatial distribution of light, given by the asymmetric optic system specifically designed for this purpose. The company’s production facilities cover 1,700 sqms, with offices for administration, technical services (design, marketing, R&D, etc.) and a generous production area, composed of one EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) compliant area for electronics (antistatic flooring and work-benches), one for general mechanical works and one for welding and casting. High-tech equipment is used, such as: Kuka type robots, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine, SMT (Surface Mount Technology) placement machine, welding machine, etc. The company is looking for distributors to sell its products on international markets, in order to broaden its client portfolio and enrich its product range accordingly. The company offers for distribution products addressing a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications At the same time, the company is willing to cooperate with other LED lighting solution manufacturers, in the frame of subcontracting or manufacturing agreements. Besides distribution, these cooperation types are latterly desired, following the sustained development of the company, due both to the enlarged production capacities and the increased adaptability to the customers’ needs. Depending on the envisaged international cooperation, the partner should provide the technical specifications/model for the concerned product or assign a part of a specific contract to the company.
