Slovak SME, 25 years active in engineering sector, focused on manufacture of stainless steel equipment, fabrication and constructions offers its manufacturing capacities for following services: a) the manufacture based on client´s drawing documentation in printed or electronic version or manufacture based on provided sample. The company can provide design and drawing design in 3D software (SOLID EDGE), calculation of exact material consumption with its optimization, production and assembly of technical units. b) processing of stainless-steel materials marked by American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) 304, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 430 especially metal sheets with thicknesses from 0,8 mm up to 2,5 mm, parts to be big up to 3 meters with weight up to 1.000 kg c) CNC sheet processing in the form of cutting, lasering, shearing, nibbling, folding, roller bending up to 3 meters in length, curling, point welding and welding (tungsten inert gas - TIG, metal inert gas - MIG or metal active gas - MAG in protective atmosphere) and mechanical grinding d) surface finish (pickling, electropolishing, glass-blasting) through verified suppliers New innovative technologies for processing of stainless steel with long lifetime are used to guarantee maximum production accuracy and quality standard. Products produced / processed as required: - Stainless steel tanks - Sheeting - Frames - Atypical stainless products - Processing of all types and sorts of sheets, profiles, pipes and stainless steel materials. The company was established in 1993 as a manufacturer of stainless steel cooking equipment. Stainless steel fabrications and parts are usable in each type of industry (engineering, automobile, food, chemical, etc). With the aim to enter into new markets and find new partners, the company is looking for companies mainly from Netherland, France, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom and Austria for long term projects with serial production under manufacturing agreement and subcontracting agreement.
