UK manufacturer of baby and maternal skincare products is looking for distributors
UK company offering a range of mother and baby skincare products based on virgin coconut oil is looking for distributors in Europe and beyond. The products are inspired by traditional Malaysian beauty rituals and are a blend of premium virgin coconut oil and plant-based, aromatherapy extracts.
Partner expertise sought
UK company based in the East of England offers a range of nourishing and nurturing skincare products for the whole family including babies and infants, mums and mums-to-be. They offer 3 ranges of products: The mums range which consists of a coconut massage oil and cream and a tummy/belly butter cream which works to reduce the appearance of stretch marks and scars, improve skin elasticity and minimise itchiness. For babies and infants the company offers 100% natural massage oils with lavender and rose which can also treat cradle cap and an herbal cream for dry skin. They also offer a skincare range which compliments their mums range including a skin moisturiser to treat dry skin and a skin cleansing oil with olive oil for removing makeup. The products were developed by a family founded business in Malaysia and made from natural Malaysian resources. The products have been very successful on the Malaysian market for the last 7 years and a UK company has now been set to manage operations to sell the range outside of Malaysia. The UK company has exhibited at several shows and exhibitions this year where the range is proving to be very popular. They are keen to grow the business further and are looking to work with distribution partners with experience in selling products in the cosmetics, health, mother and baby sectors.
Advantages and innovations
The company is pioneering the introduction of Malay traditional skincare formulations based on hundreds of years of village practice. Like ayurvedic practise before it, the business offers potential distributors the opportunity to be part of a new body and mind wellness movement, one based on the principles of Malay rituals, of using and formulating herbs, spices with coconut oil. The blends are formulated to preserve natural ingredients with the latest plant science. The range of products is innovative yet based on a long traditional history of Malay skincare rituals: For babies and infants, the massage oils are 100% natural soothing oils for use on body and hair and especially useful for use after bath and for bedtime. The gold award-winning herbal massage cream is a natural chest rub containing no petroleum ingredients and acts as a decongestant. For pregnancy and new mums, the range consists of 3 creams and oils blended with herbs and spices based on jamu confinement rituals and recipes that invigorate and contribute in restoring the health and mental wellbeing of mums-to-be and new-mums. It is no coincidence that Malaysia has one of the lowest rates of post-natal depression. There is also a hand and body moisturiser and a 2-in-1 cleansing oil which unlike other make-up removers does not strip the skin of its natural moisture and does not irritate the eyes. For mature skin, the cleansing oil can be used as a mask for a few minutes to extra-moisturise. The products are inspired by homemade remedies used by mums throughout Malaysia for generations. The specially fermented virgin coconut oil is sustainably produced in Malaysian village communities. The coconut oil is extracted differently to everyday coconut oil (requiring fewer coconuts to produce same amount of coconut oil) which helps the environment and also minimises waste.

Our role is to review and collate the most suitable submissions, and then send them to the client who posted the opportunity. We consult with you, and the client, to make the process professional and easy.
These are live opportunities. Your registration of interest on the site is just like a professional approach to a business at a networking event. To stand the best chance of success, make your submission really sing. Sell why the client who posted the opportunity should work with you. Excite them. Ask questions. Try and avoid copy and pasting words from elsewhere.
Once the client has chosen their partner, we'll introduce them over email and keep in touch with both parties to see how it's going. Sometimes things progress quickly. Sometimes because of changing priorities for either party, things progress slowly, but you never know - your next big business break could start right here.
