UK SME offering manufacturing and re-manufacturing services seeks manufacturing and/or services agreement
A UK company offers an assembly manufacturing, re-manufacturing and warranty processing service for electro-mechanical equipment and is seeking partners for manufacturing and/or services agreements.
The company are looking for designers and/or manufacturers of high value electro-mechanical equipment and are seeking partners to review, test, and/or manufacture (taking prototypes into production) across multiple sectors. Potentially the partners will be based overseas with no manufacturing facilities in Europe or seeking a manufacturing partner to deliver a design concept or to test a prototype. For re-manufacturing, potential partners are likely to be original equipment manufacturers (OEM).The right partner is likely to be considering solutions that will reduce costs, offer flexibility, and reduce landfill and energy consumption and seeking a manufacturing and/or services agreement.
This UK company (with an additional facility in the Czech Republic), has a wealth of experience (over 25 years) in manufacturing, re-manufacturing, particularly in support of blue chip print machine manufacturers and material sourcing, is seeking partners for manufacturing and/or services agreements. Their services include process development, tooling design and materials sourcing as well as a re-manufacturing service of electro-mechanical products to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). The company is also able to offer a services agreement manufacturing/warranty repair service to importers with no manufacturing base. This SME is able to offer both a new build capability as well as re-manufacturing as processes are similar once the initial strip and inspect function is complete. The UK facility includes a development centre for the processes and tooling required to develop and implement benchmark manufacturing processes for all types of assembly requirements e.g printers, car parking machines and vending machines.
Advantages and innovations
Senior staff and engineers within this SME are highly experienced technically having spent many years in both manufacturing and remanufacturing environments and is able to offer over 25 years experience in assembly manufacturing. Customers can confidently discuss technical and commercial aspects of the business, knowing that their requirements will be understood and resolved quickly and effectively. Existing clients benefit from development and testing of manufacturing processes, design and commission of any tooling required (subject to their approval) and if needed source components from within the UK, Europe and further afield. In addition to the UK site, the Czech Republic plant gives flexibility in continental Europe, minimising transportation of goods and helps drive very competitive pricing for manufacturing activity. As a supplier of choice for a print industry OEM for 25 years, this SME is seeking similar partnership agreements offering a re-manufacturing capability within the UK and Central Europe. Having a choice of locations can negate long and expensive logistics for material returns to distant OEM facilities, therefore reducing costs and offering flexibility. Financial benefits of re-manufacturing can assist with material savings of between 40-60% of original material costs. Used spares are reprocessed to a "as new" standard for re-entry into the supply chain. This reflects the highest level of environmental benefits possible, as promoted within the circular economy and reduces landfill costs. Proven track record for on time delivery and product performance based on customer KPI's. ISO 9001 2015 approval and ISO 14001 2015 approval. Code of Corporate Social Responsibility (CCSR) approval. A member of the European Remanufacturing Council .(The objective of the Council is to become the focal point for remanufacturing policy dialogue in Europe.)
