Established in 2007 in Transylvania as manufacturer of plastic packaging solutions, the Romanian company offers a wide range of custom designed thermoformed food containers and high quality design solutions including dry offset printing, pressure-sensitive labeling, embossing and custom inserts. The product range includes: stock food packaging solutions for sweets and chocolate, custom food containers (e.g. food plastic casseroles with caps, standard and absorbent trays etc.), printed cups and aluminum caps etc. The company’s products are distinguished in the market by advantages related to product quality, reliability regarding agreed delivery terms and competitive prices. Focused on supplying high quality products, the company uses the latest modern technology in the production process, being constantly involved towards streamlining and development of the production capacity. The production unit includes all the necessary equipment to produce quality packaging: extrusion lines with a capacity of 500kg/h, six colour flexographic printing machine, laminators, slitting machines and a line with three automatic roll-fed thermoforming machines. The company is committed to quality and environment, this way the industrial wastes resulted in the technological process are recycled and reused (the plastic foils are shredded and recycled in the extruder). Thermoformed PS and PET packaging options mean that the containers can accommodate virtually any food product, use and environment. In order to ensure better cost-efficient products, the company is looking to establish long term business partnerships with raw materials suppliers. The main raw materials used within the technological process are: granulated polystyrene (PS granules), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and aluminium foils. The company works only based on orders - every order is customized according the customer’s requests, with its design, its size, etc. This way, the needed amount of raw materials can vary accordingly. Estimated raw materials needed per month: PS granules 6 tones; PET foil 6 tones, aluminium foil 2,5 tones.
